Home & Community Care Networking & Learning Event
We are excited to announce this HCC Networking & Learning Event, hosted by Northern Ontario Home and Community Care Network (NOHCCN) in collaboration with First Nations and Inuit Home and Community Care Ontario (ISC), Wabun Tribal Council and Saint Elizabeth Health (SEH).
This 4-day in-person workshop will focus on the review and update of Service Delivery Plans, while offering a space to share ideas, insights, and best practices to enhance service delivery. We are also pleased to have Saint Elizabeth Health provide education and training in Palliative Care and Lateral Violence to Kindness sessions.
More topics to be announced as they become available. This event provides an opportunity for networking, collaboration and bridging service solutions through dialogue and feedback!
Additional Information:
The Best Western has a free breakfast included in the accommodations.
The NOHCCN will be covering the cost of venue, accommodations, and the Lunch/Snacks throughout the 4-day event.
The participants are required to cover all their own travel expenses, incidentals, parking and supper meals.
